Luca Tavan is a Melbourne-based socialist activist. He has been an organiser of numerous high-profile student protests for Palestine, including multiple student strikes and a historic mass Student General Meeting at Melbourne University last year. Luca is a regular contributor to Marxist Left Review and Red Flag, and will be speaking on the session “Hot Autumn: Workers and students in 1970s Italy.”
